Snowboarding and Skiing is pretty big in Austria, because they have the Alps with a lot of skiing areas. But there is also some FMX action going on there. The most of you do already know the first ever Austrian Backflipper Martin Schenk. The 2nd backflipper is Thomas Wirnsberger. Last weekend the 1st round of the German FMX Championship series took place in Dermsdorf. A lot of pro riders showed up there. I saw David Rinaldo ride for the first time at the IFMXF FIM World FMX Championships in Basel, Switzerland, and I was thoroughly impressed.
