Hello Everyone
Hope you are all doing well. January has been a good start to a new year for
me. Cant believe its over already. After a nice rest in December I started the
month off with a demo in Dortmund in Germany. It was the first supercross of the
year and we were there to put on a show for the sold out arena. There were about
10000 people there on each of the 3 nights. It was crazy but lots of fun. After
that I flew back home for some practice. I have been working on some new tricks
and also on my fitness. I really want to have a good year this year and I'm as
determined as ever.
I have been riding at least 3 times a week and also doing a
lot of track riding and mountain biking. I'm feeling really good on my bike
lately and really want to make it happen. This last weekend I did a show in
Johannesburg SA at a motor show. It was an awesome one.The weather held out for
us, no wind and the crowds loved it. I have just learned Cordova flips and I did
one at the show. I was really stoked about it. One of the photographers got a
pic of it. Its a little mistimed but you can get the idea. This coming weekend I
am off to Cape Town for the first round of the South African FMX nationals.
There is a lot of hype about the event and I really want to go there and win it.
I have a few tricks up my sleeve and I am determined to take No1.Hope you all had a good first month of the year and hope the next 11 are just
as good.
Thanks for all the support
Nick
