Another crazy week in Florida

Well I'm pumped to report that i have been flippin steady for the last week since my previous update, I'm now up to 88 flips over the last 7 days to dirt. We also did a fmx demo at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa this weekend. This is an event i look forward to all year. 78 000 screaming florida red necks, 10 of the top monster trucks... and yes Grave Digger was there too !!!

The fmx demo went great... well except for a slight snag. Austin Drummond wentfor a cliffhanger and his feet totally missed the bars. i was next in line to hit the ramp, and saw it from behind. its a crazy view seeing one of your fmx buddies "rollin the windows down" from 30 feet up with his bike 3-4 feet away
from him. i pinned it to the front of the landing and was pumped to see austin
running after his bike toward the wall of the stadium. turns out he landed on
the seat and rear fender, that broke most of his fall and he jumped right up and chased after his bike. he ended up with a swollen finger and a bruised knee ... not to bad considering what could have happened.

Travis Pastrana was also in attendance ... not to jump fmx, but to help out his
buddy Cam who is now driving the 199 monster truck. Cam did a great job and represented TP well with his go for broke driving style.

kinda intimidating for us as riders to jump infront of the best fmx rider in
the world, but TP is a super nice guy and was very incouraging ... even gave me some more flip pointers... besides i can still kik his ass on GUITAR HERO... haha !
